About Senestro
What is Senestro?
Senestro helps adult children organize the practical side of supporting an aging parent who lives at home or independently. We help you see what's working, what needs attention and what to do next, with practical guidance, useful resources and a clear plan.
Is Senestro a medical or home-care service?
No. Senestro offers practical guidance and organization. We don't diagnose, assess medical conditions, provide care, or give medical, legal or financial advice. When something needs a professional, we'll say so and help you know what to ask.
Who is Senestro for?
Adult children, and anyone else helping an older loved one, who are balancing work, family and everyday responsibilities, including those who live in another city.
Can I use Senestro for a grandparent, spouse or other loved one?
Yes. Senestro works for anyone you're helping to keep living well at home: a parent, grandparent, spouse or partner, aunt or uncle, or a close friend or neighbour. We say "parent" on this site because it's the most common situation, but everything works the same way.
Where is Senestro available?
We're starting in London, Ontario, where we'll recommend verified local services. Our guidance is useful anywhere in Canada, and we'll expand local recommendations to more communities over time.
What should I do in an emergency?
Call 911. Senestro doesn't monitor your parent or respond to emergencies.
How it works
Does my parent need to take part or create an account?
No. You can complete the Family Support Map on your own, and no account is needed. Where it feels right, we encourage involving your parent, because their preferences and independence matter.
How long does the free Family Support Map take?
About five minutes. Your results arrive by email as a printable PDF you can share with family.
What is Priority delivery?
An optional upgrade for when you need answers sooner. Your Family Plan ($199) is normally delivered within 16 business hours; with Priority delivery (+$80) it arrives within 8. The plan and the care navigator review are exactly the same. Only the speed changes.
What counts as business hours?
Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding Ontario statutory holidays. The clock starts once your order is paid and your questions are complete, and we'll show you your delivery time.
Who reviews my Family Plan?
A trained Senestro care navigator in Ontario reviews and approves every Family Plan before it's sent. We use technology, including AI, to help organize your answers and draft parts of the plan, but a care navigator always checks and finalizes it.
What if my Family Plan isn't helpful?
If your Family Plan doesn't give you clear, useful next steps, tell us within 7 days of receiving it. We'll revise it with you, or refund you in full. Your choice. Full details will be in our terms when Family Plans launch.
Can I cancel Family Stewardship?
Yes, anytime. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, and your reports remain yours.
Privacy and recommendations
Where is my information stored?
Your answers are stored in Canada. A few trusted service providers (for example, for hosting, payments and email) may process information outside Canada. We never sell your information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Do you recommend products?
Yes, where they genuinely help, along with safety cautions and when to get professional advice. Some product links earn Senestro a small commission at no cost to you. We always say so, and commissions never decide what we recommend.
Do you share my answers with stores or advertisers?
No. Your answers are never shared with Amazon, affiliate partners or advertisers.
