Accessibility

Senestro should be easy to use for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology.

Draft. This page reflects how Senestro works today, while we prepare to launch with our waitlist. It is pending legal review and will be updated before paid services open.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard referenced by Ontario's accessibility law (AODA).

What we do

  • Large, readable text and strong colour contrast.
  • Every page works with a keyboard, and there's a “skip to main content” link.
  • Clear headings, labels and error messages that screen readers can announce.
  • Pages that adapt to phones, tablets and computers, and to zoomed-in text.
  • Automated accessibility checks on our pages every time we change the website.
  • PDFs designed to be readable and printable.

Tell us about a barrier

If something on our website is hard to use, or you need information in another format, please email hello@senestro.ca. We'll reply within two business days and work with you to find a solution.
